I have taken many probiotics, and these are by far the best I've ever used! I am a diabetic and must take medication that brings on yeast infections as one of the side affects. I was taking the medication for a while until I could no longer tolerate this problem. Unfortunately, other medications I tried were even worse. I found out about True Biotics and decided to give the medication one more try: I started taking the medication and True Biotics at the same time, and have had no problem with yeast infections: It's been almost 2 months now. I sometimes eat yogurt just in case, but lately I haven't eaten any, and still no problems. I highly recommend this product!
