Good, but should pit glue into the existing screw hold to ensure it holds for good.
Works as intended. Just keep in mind it may be a good idea to put glue in the screw hole that attaches this piece as removing the screw reduces its effectiveness in attaching it.

Perfect solution!
Easy to install; less than 5 minutes, including wiping out the drawer and my drawer that has been broken for months is now good as new. The kit doesn’t come with screws but I used the ones that were from the initial install. Not a big deal and love that I don’t have extra parts to store.
