This is a lovely little pot of vaa vaa room curry power. Makes a lovely fish or chicken curry and can be doctored to taste. Sweet or vastly savoury. An excellent choice.

Distinctive and Tres Francais
Distinctive and complements French cooking. There are quite a few recipes out there - one of my favourites is to slow roast for 75-90 minutes florets or diced cauliflower that have been tossed in 1-2 teespoons Vaudauvan curry powder and olive oil, then seved with panko breadcrumbs.
