This review asked about the product as far as being used for traveling and I rated it low for that BUT don’t let that deter you. It’s a decent size and has a glass (plexiglass) window so I don’t think it’s good for travel but it is AWESOME to leave on my dresser top to display my watches and keep them easily accessible. The outside I’d say is like tolex you would find on a high quality guitar amplifier. It has an embossed grain on it. The blue is very sharp looking and has a nice contrast to the burnt orange velour interior. This is a VERY nice looking/feeling case. I much prefer it over a WAY more expensive Wolf brand case that I have next to it. It just looks nicer. This one has a suede like covering in the bottom so it won’t scratch your furniture. This feature is absent on the much more expensive Wolf one. The material the cushions are made of is softer as well. I will buy the green one next for the rest of my watches because that English Racing Green looks outstanding too. Even the box it comes in looks upscale. Job well done Rothwell. Well done indeed.

Watches are held securely in place. Pillows are perfect sized. Looks really nice! Very happy with purchase. Would recommend.

Folks, this is a quality piece. It way exceeded my expectations. The leather looks fantastic. The box is hefty and seems very well-made. I’ve looked at many, and most of them looked chintzy. Not this one. If you’re on the fence, just pull the trigger. You won’t be disappointed.

Yes, you could spend a few hundred on a watch case. But, you don’t have to and you can still get a quality product. Well designed, wide cushions, great color combos. Lid has a nice glass window, closes nice and seals tight, and there is a lock (I don’t use it, no kids around). The watches look great in it and, let’s face it, that’s why you got the case! Comes in a beautiful presentation box, perfect gift for any watch lover. I bought this for myself, but did enjoy the unboxing.

I looked around before this purchase and this is beautiful. Very happy with this purchase. High quality and protects and displays my husband’s watches. Recommend this product.

I am extremely impressed with this purchase. The craftsmanship at this price point is beyond my expectations by far. The materials feel really premium and offer a great home for any watch collection. The pillows that hold the watches are perfectly sized. I am truly impressed this was less that $100 I would recommend this to any watch collector / as a gift for a collector.

Extremely well packaged, especially if you are considering this for giving as a gift. Quality craftsmanship and shows off your watches with distinction. The only downside is the lock. Getting the key in and situated JUST RIGHT so that you could turn and lock it took multiple attempts, but once the key was centered it locked smoothly. However, this is a minor concern because if you're looking for security for your watches - you'll probably be looking for something that focuses less on display features. But if you're looking to admire or show your watches, this is definitely the case for you. Understated elegance. Oh, and not a travel case - more of a display one.

*UPDATE* I upgraded to 5 stars. Right after I posted my initial review where I pointed out some quality control issues; the company owner contacted me and offered several options how we can resolve that issues. That's what I call a great customer service! We were able to fix everything, and now I'm very happy with an excellent quality watch box. I think it's a very good value for your money. *Initial review* The watch box itself is nice and solid. However, the quality control is far from the best. As you can see on the attached photos, the lock face plate has peeled coating. Also, the fabric (PU leather) on the top cover is not fully covered by the metal plate where the cutout was made. Should they improve their QC it would be a perfect watch box.

This is my 4th Rothwell watch box and it did not disappoint. Slots are large and spacious for medium 38, 39 to 44 size watches. The colour and contrast are lovely. Please take note that the outer material is not leather and the watch pillows are made of felt from what I can tell. Still a very good buy!

Review after communicate with seller: Seller re-solved all the issue, recommended product with such a great communication and provide solution to solve all the. Overall the box is nice, but the pillow quality is not as expected, as feel like a cardboard feeling, not as soft as the quality pillow, holding on my watch feel too tight as the flexible is not there. Contact seller for replacement but still never respond, hope seller will resolved this issue to me.

Merece la pena , la verdad que estoy contento con la calidad de esta caja y el espacio que hay dentro , mi anterior caja no tenía tanto espacio entre los diferentes departamentos y rozaban algunos reloje, se nota calidad en los materiales, el cristal diría que no es cristal de verdad pero se ven genial los relojes atraves de el , lo recomiendo por el precio que tiene

Produto muito caro para a qualidade que apresenta. Relação custo-beneficio longe de compensar. Fechadura frágil, material do espelho metálico de terceira, oxidou rápido.
