Refund not given even after 4 weeks of collecting product
Unable to shut the product battery storage space because plug wire did not have a separate space for storage. Requested return and it was collected from home on May 7. I have not received refund till date. Unacceptable wait time.

It was a worst product not compatible for India
It works only on 120 volts . On seeing that I did not venture to connect to 220 volts AC mains. Don't buy .Total cheating by Amazon to see products not compatible for use in India. There is no chance to return as the return window was closed before delivery . Unable to use and return.Waste of ₹7800😡😡😡
