Curl Multitool, Stainless Steel Everyday Tool

I'm new to Leatherman multi-tools. I didn't know how much I'd use one, but after reading the reviews, I went for this "Curl"; partly because it's a little more compact than other models but still has the tools I figured I'd use. Right out of the box I was impressed with the quality. Nothing was loose feeling, any blade or tool that was extended felt tight and relatively easy to access. I was particularly impressed with the primary tool - the needle nosed plier. No sloppiness to the jaws and they met precisely, which helps when you need to work in restricted spaces. Now I carry the Curl in my coat pocket at all times. Highly recommended based on quality - if it has the tools you need, go for it!

This soon-to-be Legacy Addition from Leatherman has less weight than the Charge+ or Wave+, but maintains 90% of The Essentials. I had to precision cut a thick hose, and the scissors came thru w flying colors. I just installed grommets to some work gloves w it using the state of the Art Diamond File. Makes a great Secondary when u need 2 LM's to do a task. Saves weight w joint locks vs liner locks on the utilities. Main blade is a Work Horse! There are NO CONS HERE, save that u require a specific tool like a saw, or eye glass bit, or replacable wire cutter bit. Its my go-to, even over the Charge now bcz the weight savings. The beautifull smooth Sateen finish has all the bling too. The clip is borrowed from the Free P4/P2 line, [not a fan of Magnets in that line], lost my P4 without any regrets! 😱, but I prefer the older style clip, but that is cosmetic. (You cant customize the Clip as easily, at least not yet, like u can w the Charge n Wave, w the Quick Release Clip Slot built into them). Im in love w this new Leatherman! Makes other brands like Gerber (for Babies), n' SLOG seem like childrens toys, comparatively speaking... & Lets not forget LM's Vanguard Warranty Service! Its a No Brainer JUST CURL uP Already n' buy it!!! So pleased I did...!

I held this tool up against my weatherman, wave plus and my weatherman, free P4 both those monos are a little bit heavy to carry tremens amount of tools. However, I work with computers on a regular basis, and the curl is one of the best tools that I’ve seen around Lightweight because it has less tools has a belt clips so that you can carry it great for everything that I use again it’s not a heavy duty tool like the wave and or the super tool but for lightweight jobs things that I do, it works terrific prices right? The weight is right , knives are sharp has just the right amount of tools that I need for my job. I do recommend it.

Love this Leatherman. Like the slightly smaller size and the screwed on pocket clip. Also the orientation of the clip keep the tool from flipping open in you pocket (for right handers anyway). I will add that the quality control at Leatherman may be slipping. One of the pockets clip screws was installed crooked and had to be reset. Also the blade pivot is so tight it is almost impossible to open. Tools are inbound to address that problem. The other minor issue was the file was slightly bent. I tried to bend it back but it snapped off. No worries though since I am replacing that with a Wave saw blade right away. Overall I love the tool and have high hopes it will be my daily carry for a long time. EDIT: Added the saw blade and adjusted the knife pivot today. This will def be what I carry daily for the foreseeable future. Slightly smaller than the Wave and fits well in the pocket. It is easy to deploy one handed and feels good in my hand. May have to pick up another one just for a spare.

Great product. It's light enough to carry but capable enough. Don't get me wrong, you'll notice it in your pocket. It isn't super light but I think it balances weight with capability. The reason it's a 4 not a 5 is because some of the fit and finish isn't great. Like the cutters cause the plier head to stick. But I think that'll work itself out over time. Great product and I love the one handed tools being the knife and file.

Calidad premium, ya había tenido una navaja leatherman pero está tiene mejores terminados, en lo personal me estorba que tengan el clip, por eso se los retiro, me gustan estos modelos que tienen acceso rápido a la navaja.

Le doy cuatro estrellas , ya que viene con filo las orillas, tuve que lijarlas para no cortarme no debería ya que por lo que cuesta debe ser un producto con mucha calidad, la hoja de apertura a una mano está muy dura me imagino que con el tiempo se irá ablandando. Se me hace muy cara por lo que ofrece, por lo menos las herramientas adicionales deberían traer bloqueo, pero no la única que tiene bloqueo es la hoja y la Lima. Si vas a comprar una mejor ponle $500 más y compra la Wave plus
