These are rather developmentally detrimental techniques! Please stop misguiding new moms by giving them so called easy formula. It doesn't work!! The authors need to read some scientific research! You don't just give birth to a digestive system. But an intelligent human child with a brain that needs to learn trust and a heart that needs to learn love. And what about lactation? You've completely messed up. This sleep training is the very reason lactation goes down and mothers are stressed not knowing what's wrong.

Most of the book is common sense.. stuff you would already be knowing.. but then it did make me feel more confident about the dos and don'ts. Since it's an easy read, it's worth the time invested.
