This worked pretty well. My blood pressure is down. I went for bloodwork, and they could find a vein very easily. And the blood flow going into tube was nice and quick. For all of my fellow bodybuilders, powerlifters, athletes, casual gym goers, crossfit, etc etc - this is a must-buy. I train like a bodybuilder, so im in the gym 5-6 days a week. Full disclosure; i do NOT like "preworkouts" i.e. the capsules/drinks with WAY too much caffeine, and fluff ingredients that you don't need like BCAA's. I decided to stop taking pre made pre workout and these are in my new "do it yourself" pre workout. 3 of these Scoop of beet powder 400mg of caffeine 3g of Beta Alanine Sprinkle of Celtics sea salt in water.
