Buttress to NPT Adapter - 2in, Model# 560101

I was a bit worried that this would fit my particular barrel, but after taking several measurements, I ordered it. It showed up quickly and was exactly what the doctor ordered. My barrel is now set up exactly the way I wanted it.

Junk, the threads are some crap that doesn’t match up.

Worked fit my diesel caddy and 55 gallon plastic drum. perfect for me

This works fine but is way overpriced.

Ordered two, only received one. Buttress threads are the correct pitch but are too short to even start to thread into my poly 55 gallon drum. After further research I find my drum takes a European Mauser (S70x6) 70 mm buttress thread. They pretty much only adapt to 2 inch British Standard Pipe Thread. LiquidDynamics did send me the second adapter after I emailed them. If I can't find a 70mm buttress to 2" NPT adapter, then I'll be getting a different drum...

This fit my rolling gas caddy perfect and allows me to put a pump on it instead of having to rely on gravity feed, which doesn't work when the fill point is above the fuel level.

Fit perfectly in my black plastic drum with 2" coarse threads and allowed me to use my transfer pump with 2" fine threads.
