I made personal pies and cheesecakes for a party and these worked great! Perfect size and cleaned up with ease. I used non-stick spray (Pam) in the bottom of both the pie crusts and the graham cracker crusts and they baked up and held their shape after removing from the forms. The removable bottoms made removing the tarts easy without destroying them. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect design for tarts/pies. Easily able to remove tin. Never breaks the crust and crust never sticks. Use them over and over- wash by hand.

These are very nice little tart pans. They are sturdy and easy to clean. The removable bottom makes getting your little pie out very easy. If they were a little bit deeper, they would be even better, but they are nice little pans.

I purchased these little tartlet pans to make fruit tarts for a dessert table and they worked perfect! They were sturdy, cooked evenly, the peices separated as expected, and they cleaned up well. My only wish was that I'd purchased more than a dozen so it wouldn't have taken so long to make 100 of those little buggers. I'd definitely purchase again!

My son is turning into quite the little baker and he loves these! I have a feeling I am going to need to order larger sizes as well.

The molds are easy to fill and unmold. The size is great individual servings.

Not much to say about something like this. The surface is definitely no-stick. No idea how long that will last. I got these for one recipe, and they worked really well. The removable bottom makes this kind of baking so much easier. These pans are heavy for their size, look durable, and the stack together really small. Hide them in your cabinet sometime. You'll be glad you have them.

Well made, feels sturdy. I still buttered the pans before putting the tart shells just for extra safety. While they are great for both cutting out the dough and baking, they are a little bit too shallow for standard Hong Kong style egg tarts. A 12-pack is enough for basic recipes. But sometimes recipes may vary and I may end up having extra dough or filling. So I would prefer is there is a 15-pack option or even more.
