Happened 3 times before I found this tool. 2007 gm sierra classic v vin 4.8L. Super simple use. 1 minute after opening box the harmonic balancer was re installed with no fuss. Worked great i lube the seal for the timing cover , and the balancer went right on with this tool

Broke inside my crank while installing the pulley. I checked the force required after extracting it with a torque wrench and it broke while tightening at only 90lbsft. Avoid wasting all of your afternoon with this. Wrote a message to the seller and never heard back.
