I needed some motor, controllers, and wheels for a quick robotics project. These worked great. You can open them up and cut off half the shaft to make it easier to mount. Solder some wires in there, the existing metal contacts are flimsy.

The two L298N controllers works well. Similar to all others so you can easily find the schematics for them. Same for the wires and DC motor. It comes with an extra motor but it was needed since one of them was not as responsive as it should (a.k.a. a lot of grinding and internal friction from the bad mechanical tolerances that is altering the rotational speed you get from a specific PWM command compared to the 3 others.) The motor's pins has no wire soldered to them so you have to do it yourself.

The order was supposed to be 4 wheels, 4 motors and 2 L298N H-bridges. What I received was 4ea. wheels, 2ea. L298N H-bridges and 5 (five) motors. What a great way to pay respects to your customers, while these motors are inexpensive and because of that, there may be a bad one in a batch. Rather then tie up a customers time requesting a replacement, plus the time company employees spend fixing the problem, they threw in an extra. What a great way to do business. BTW all worked well. I will be doing business with this company in the future. A phrase comes to mind: “Customer service “ Well done.
