These are a great addition to any RV and get rid of the cables that break and seize.

easy install and works perfectly. Should have done this sooner. No more bending and reaching under the rig to empty tanks. Just attach the hose and press a button. Nice, neat and quick.

Used this for a grey water 1 1/2 inch valve which was under a slide out. Needed to extend the wires which are the same color and size as a trailer wire harness. Relatively easy install just take your time adjusting the valve stem to make sure it closes all the way.

ONE YEAR LATER....STILL WORKS GREAT. I have a motorhome that requires one to crouch under the slide to reach the tank drains. We have a washer on board and it will fill the grey tank in short order. So I wanted a simple way to just open the grey (while connected to sewer) while doing laundry etc. This fit the bill. Installation is straightforward and easy for any DYIer. However, the twist is the length of wiring harness from the control box to the valve actuator. I wanted my control box mounted beyond the included length. The smart thing that the manufacturer did was code the wiring harness the same as 4 conductor trailer wire. One package of trailer wire, quality water proof splicing and ALEX TECH cable protection, problem solved. I tapped the power into an existing 12vdc supply. The actuator on the 1.5 inch valve has a 3 sec cycle so the additional draw on the circuit I tapped is negligible.

This unit arrived on time and installation took about 2 hours total. I installed it on the grey water tank and ran the wiring inside near the water level indicators. We have stacked washer/dryer and wanted to be able to drain the grey water without having to run outside to drain. I did not want to install one one the black water as i want to be near the drain hoses when dumping it just in case there would be a problem. I had just enough wire in the provided harness to reach my switch location. The valve assembly just fit behind the basement door when the valve is opened and the door closed. I did the entire installation myself but it is not the easiest if not experienced. This is the number 1 upgrade we have made to our motorhome!
