Very Disappointed – Defective Product and No Support
I received the machine in a defective condition, and unfortunately, there was no option to fix or replace it. The only solution offered was a refund, but now the price of the product has gone up. I’m very disappointed with the experience and lack of proper support. I expected better service for a premium product like this.
