The light on 2 buttons died after a few hrs of use. I will give 5 starts of they included a few extra buttons just in case...

Been building arcades for a while now. I found these to be higher quality than many out there.

I used this kit to build a two player arcade setup and everything worked great right out of the box. The buttons light up nicely and feel responsive, and the joysticks have a satisfying click with smooth 8 way movement. It comes with all the wiring and USB encoders you need, so setup was pretty straightforward even for a DIY build. I tested it with a mini gaming PC running retro games and it was recognized instantly without needing any extra drivers. The only thing to keep in mind is that the cables are not labeled, and I do wish they were a little longer. If you are putting together your own arcade cabinet or just want a solid kit for multiplayer gaming, this one definitely gets the job done.
