JEPPESEN Professional LOGBOOK - Brown

There are two options if your looking for a career following logbook. Most major carriers want electronic logs that correspond with the companies that you flown with, or the military career flying summary. They are known quantities to a human resources department when looking into hiring. That being said, if your keeping a logbook as a hand written back up, or some other reason this Jeppesen Logbook is great. The quality is outstanding and there are plenty of columns such as :Total Duration of Flight, Airplane Single Engine Land, Airplane Single Engine Sea, Airplane Multi Engine Land, Rotorcraft Helicopter, Glider, and three blank columns I have use over the years. There are further categories columns such as Night, Actual Instrument, Simulated Instrument, Landings (Day and Night), Approach Type, Flight Simulator, Cross Country, Solo, Pilot in Command, Second in Command, Dual Received, As Flight Instructor, remarks and endorsements. Plenty of stuff there. This is a great log book for your career if you need it. Its well made with real brown "Pleather", its fairly durable, the paper is thick and green and built to last. My first one that I got 29 years ago is still readable and shows no delamination or problems with the paper. I fly about 700 hours a year, with close to 200 sorties and one will last me over 4 years. I'm on my 7th Jeppesen Logbook and I like them. Good Luck.

My third Jepp professional logbook. All the normal pages and organizational sections but this one had white pages vs. the light green in previous purchases. Not a huge deal but is this new or a different version?

Very poor description of the item. Waisted money. Can’t even use it.

After two years of using it, I feel a bit regretful sometimes. It is so big. My flight bag has no space. I hope it can be smaller. The good thing about this is that it has more columns than the small ones with more details. The quality of the book was 4/5. But it is too big for me :(
