Vallejo Light Slate Grey Pigment, 30ml

SUPER SUPER WHITE. Excellent pigment.

I used the product to represent steel tools and it works very well. I used it sparingly and I think a jar will last quite awhile. It was easy to use with a cotton tip.

Vallejo does it right once more. Their pigments and paints are the best for the most part. A little of this goes a long way and can be affixed easily and looks great on that German panzer you are working on or nice effect for a diorama.

Pretty strong color and good quality product. Also known as Geru/ गेरू. This is Indian traditional natural ocre pigment used in Indian religious ceremonies. Also used to rub pregnant belly in eclipse time. This is exact same thing just in powder and more expensive form ;) It paints pottery and cement well too. Do hit a "helpful" if you learned something new :)

Good brown pigment

Just what I was looking for. I used this to make sealing wax, and it was the earthy, rustic red color I was looking for. As a fine powder, it blended well with the melted wax, with no clumping.

This looks great for a bit of soft weathering that in doing on my miniatures. I've found it's easiest to apply using a clean and dry brush, just make sure to varnish it afterwards because it will rub off on your fingers.

This has many application possibilities. I used a bit of paint thinner to wet the areas I wanted to apply the pigments. I also mixed the thinner with the pigments to make a wet application that I could fill in smaller areas, then when it dries it looks rusted. You can also use other methods, like combining the pigments with Vallejo acrylic colors to create variations in rust effects & colors. My favorite thing is to make “rust dust” to make that realistic look of old wet rust mush. Highly recommended.
