For those who are looking for either a vegan or halal - friendly replacement for gelatins or starches, xanthan gum is a must in your pantry. You need to remember this is not like carrageenan, it doesn't provide extra firmness, so it wouldn't work for a vegan cheese, for example, but you can make broth thicker, custards, or similar.

The product is good. But the packaging is constantly damaged, the product crumbles. I order a second time and again the same problem.

First time buying this product and it didn’t disappoint. The carbs in here are more less than the others (perfect for keto) and it’s really a great thickening agent! Kudos and will surely order again in the future.

I am using Oladole Xhanthan gum for some time now, mainly for my gluten-free baking. Really it helps a lot to have the good texture of my baking. Delivery was on time, but the pack was little bit open, some of the gums was on amazon plastic bag, clearly due Amazon parcels packing.

Item received damage - hole in packet and powder leaking out - no damage to outside packaging so the item was sent out already damaged! Will purchase from somewhere else once refund is processed as other reviews say they have had the same issue.
