I'm on my second tub of this and I can't do without it. The pins are uncomfortable for sure, but once it subsides, I can feel my body want to get moving and the increase in energy and focus is awesome. I did a tough back and bicep session yesterday and loved every second. I was pumped, focused, strong and energetic and in the best mood lift heavy. 2 scoops is a lot, but I'm getting used to drinking it. Will keep buying this product so I can keep growing in confidence and strength.

I've used pwo's for almost 20 years so I've tried the majority of the products on the market. Performance wise, this gives you a solid burst of energy, definitely feel more focused but you do sweat a lot. Think I hit my flat and decline bench PRs when taking for the first time. The pump is average and the blueberry flavour doesn't taste great (but most pwo's don't). Energy levels seem to die down after 60/70 mins. I'd highly recommend you weigh the scoops the first few times as one heaped scoop is just over 12g (scoop weighs about 3.5g) so you'll be taking too much if you go with the instructions of 2 heaped scoops.

Personally I really rate DY blood and guts. Decent taste, well as good as pre workout can be, I personally shot it. Doesn’t make me want to duggie instantly so that’s always a plus in the gym. Doesn’t make me want to scratch my own eye balls out, another plus. Get a decent every push for the whole workout, tend to take 20/30 minutes before.

This is a great product if you want good focus and a good pump, along with the tingles! However the taste is vile, but if you can put up with that then go for it!

Best pre work out I've had

As other reviews...taste is not that great, however down it in one... As for performance....it's fantastic you can feel the tingles coming in after 10 minutes or so...it makes me focus, concentrate and gives me good energy levels. Definitely recommend and good for the money

The blueberry is okay tasting and the caffeine kick is strong but the itch / tingle is nuts As a first time pre workout user I wasn’t expecting my whole body to tingle like this but had a crazy workout… definitely worth it if you can put up with the tingles for a hour or so
