Apple iPhone 12 mini, 64GB, White - (Renewed)

I couldn’t be happier with my renewed iPhone 12! It arrived in absolutely immaculate condition — not a single scratch or mark anywhere on the phone. The battery health is at 100%, which is incredible for a renewed device. To top it off, it even came with a complimentary phone cover, which was a lovely and unexpected bonus. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations, and honestly, if I didn’t know it was renewed, I would have thought it was brand new. Fantastic value, excellent quality, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We got this phone for my son, everything works as it should, it isn’t slow, the phones quality is at a good standard for the second hand phone, memory is ok but with all iPhones you end up buying more storage anyway. The phones quality had normal wear and tear but nothing major. All round happy with the phone.

Ok this is a review after having this product for 3-4 months. This phone started out fine with some issues holding a charge but ok for light use. However, after some time the phone rejected the battery which was replaced in Japan, according to Apple and is incredibly cheaply done. The motherboard fried randomly with no warning, despite no damage inflicted by me. It no longer turns on, I cannot retrieve anything and there is no warranty. Save yourself the future pain and buy a phone somewhere else.

Arrived today, very well packed. Pristine as new condition - battery (original) 94%. Very happy and amazing value for money - far better than competitors. I might update in a month after lots of use.

I love the size of this phone and coming from an iPhone SE, this feels a world away from my previous in terms of features and functionality. The screen also feels much bigger because of the small bezel. Cameras are great, face ID is very quick - I hardly notice it, as by the time I've picked up my phone it will have unlocked already. The battery is truly terrible unfortunately and you can see it draining away under your eyes even with light use. I have ended up having to charge it constantly as it will never make it to the end of the day. Although the battery is at 100% life, I suspect this might be a third-party battery that isn't as good as the original. Either that, or the battery really just is utter cr*p. The screen, camera lens and the back of the phone look absolutely spotless, however there are a few quite obvious chips around the lens cutout and around the charging slot, a bit cheeky to sell as 'excellent quality'. There was also quite a bit of grime/dirt around the screen, which seems weird for a refurbished phone. They could have easily cleaned it a bit better. Other than that this was great value for money.

At first I was put off by battery not lasting full day, but after reading reviews realised it was standard with this phone. Great condition and running OS26 no issues. Great compact phone

When I got the phone I had a message as per the photo attached come up, I contact the company straight away but they said it would be fine but to let them know if it wasn’t. After about a month the screen started freezing. It did take me a couple of months to send it back as I had lots of birthdays and Christmas to organise but didn’t think it would be an issue as I had informed them of the message on my phone. I sent the phone back to them but they have insisted there is no issue and sent it back to me. It still keeps freezing, this is not user error as when I went back to my old phone there was no freezing of the screen.
