I Love It!! - I am an actual customer, and I can't say enough about how much I love this product. It replaces a mainstream lotion type I had been using. This formula is far superior. I had places on my forehead that got sun-damaged after a shingles outbreak. The highly-regarded mainstream lotion was useless. I considered buying some zinc and making my own - until I read about the process - ugh! Then I found Mistaya's Sunscreen Stick. A stick! Organic! No mess a-n-d highly portable! And then I used it... the formula lightens my red spots enough so that I don't have to also try to conceal them. The sun protection is complete, no worries there. And then I find that if I leave the sunscreen on without washing it off at night, it seems to continue the skin healing process in the damaged areas. Happy to have ordered two right away, so I can have one in my purse and one at home. I personally have not had to re-apply during the day. So happy with this product! Review: Smells like summer! - This sunscreen is scented like a great vacation! I am super pleased with the price and the quality. I first apply a thin layer of olive oil infused with ozone and then glide the stick around my face followed with Jan Marini mineral BBcream. It leaves a nice airbrushed finished that lasts all day. There is a slight white to the product which seems to almost disappear when warmed up... but if I was having photographs taken I would not wear this sunscreen as it might reflect the light and make my face pale (although this is untested, just a hunch). I love that it's organic and I intend on buying more. There are other expensive physical sunscreens I've come across (I am an esthetician) but this one is my go to choice as I recently had a microneedling treatment with PRP. Hope this helps.

Goes on smoothly, has an unexpected advantage (see review)
Really good zinc sunscreen. Goes on very smoothly; just keep it in a warm place so the stick softens a bit, which will make it apply much more evenly on the skin. There's a nice, mild vanilla scent. I only use this on my face, under makeup, and the unexpected advantage was the slight white cast under my foundation, which "brightened" my skin and almost looked like I had used a professional application of highlighter! This tube will go a long way with me this summer. It stays on well, and I didn't have to keep checking it.

This stuff smells great and works great
This stuff smells great and works great. My only complaint is that it turns your face very white (which is good so you can see if you missed a spot) but it stays like that the entire time and never fades out. Very thick sunscreen.

Love this organic sunscreen stick! (2nd time buying)
Love this organic zinc sunscreen! It's much better than any liquids I've tried. Previously, I stayed away from sticks because I was worried they would go on like a bright highlighter but this is not the case! there is very little white color to it when applied and just a little bit of rubbing in and all whiteness vanishes. I wear it everyday with or without makeup. It actually seems to improve the appearance of my skin- it looks slightly dewy (not at all greasy). It's truly wonderful and a great find!

The smell is just plain wrong...
I don't know how so many people were able to say that this smells good. I just couldn't stand the smell. Some people describe it as a vanilla scent, others as play-dough - maybe it's a form of rorschach test for odors! But for me, it was unbearable and I stopped using it after two attempts. (It's also chalky-looking on the skin & hard to spread...)

Very Hard To Spread
This is hard to spread with the stick or hands and it leaves out leaving quite an awful film on my face. I also got sick of the smell very quickly. It's now in the trash. I'm not a big fan of sunscreen and was looking for something with natural. I'll just keep from getting a sunburn on my own.

I really like being able to see how well I have applied ...
I really like being able to see how well I have applied my sunscreen. This is good for that. I find it protects better and is more comfortable than creams or sprays.
