Holden Decor Modern Wood Panel 3D Effect Wooden Panelling Wallpaper Feature Wall 10m Roll [Navy Blue 12980]

For under £10 a roll I wasn't expecting the paper to be top quality, and after reading some of the negative reviews I thought about sending it back. Anyway I decided to go ahead and paper the walls anyway, thinking if it didn't work I could always go over it. The paper is thin, but you just have to be slow & meticulous, don't crease it or fold it because it will mark the paper. Don't over slather the paper with sloppy glue, (which I suspect one of the negative reviews did & sounds like they made a mess!). I made sure the adhesive was reasonably thick and wiped off the excess with a clean damp cloth straight away. The one place I forgot to do this there is a darker mark unfortunately...but I will put a picture over it! Anyway, it's hard to tell from the photos because it looks so much better in real life, but the room looks amazing, it just looks so much more interesting & classy!! I would recommend this paper but just hang it carefully, maybe better to have 2 people hang it to avoid creasing...

I was quite excited to get my new wallpaper up however, the excitement was short lived. The paper is very thin. Rips very easily whilst trimming (even with a brand new blade). It’s also worth adding that unless your wall is perfectly flat with no flaws whatsoever, then don’t buy this wallpaper. Due to the very flat colour the slightest of lumps or bumps are highly visible. I put two lengths up but due to its continuous tearing I pulled the lot down. Save yourself the time, effort and money it’s really not worth it. Would definitely NOT recommend this product.

I wanted to give my home-workspace a new look, with wallpaper that didn't have a very busy pattern, but also something dark and dramatic, and then I found this design, which ticked all the boxes. It was easy to put up, though it is a plain design which will reveal any scratches or creases, so I was especially careful when rolling out and pasting. A few bubbles when the paper went up, but they all disappeared overnight to give a perfect result. Much faster than repainting, and I love the finished result, which is very realistic and totally gives the impression of wood panelling. A complete transformation on a very small budget. Thank-you!

I needed to complete my room so ordered this from amazon. It hangs well and looks nice on the walls. Unfortunately, I have noticed that some of the Holden wallpapers have marks and blemishes in the paper. Not good. I had to hide those papers behind the wardrobe etc, where it wouldn't be noticed. Shame.

Luckily I bought a lot of extra wallpaper. This review is mostly positive. The wallpaper looks amazing! I love it. Negatives are that it's cheap quality a slight crease will cause discoloured lines. Also very difficult to trim around the edges without it tearing as the wallpaper is quite thin! You pay for what your recieve it's cheap wallpaper but I must say it looks fantastic in my lovingroom!! So I'm happy with it. Just if you buy this be carefully and be patient... results are worth it

I have given this a 2 star as i found this paper the worst paper to put up. It marks so easy even folding over to paste bottom of sheet. Rips so easy, I had to patch my paper just lucky enough my tv is goin on the wall and will hid most of where it's been patched due to ripping scoring and marking I actually like it up even thought I nearly put it all in the bin. Very frustrating and had to leave the sheet up at light switch even tho it's all marks

I'm so sorry to complain..buy this wallpaper is terrible...its very thin...if you get a crease in it whilst pasting it..it takes the blue out...shocking...I only bought 2 rolls and thw lot went in the bin...I never complain about anything...but this paper is rubbish...yes its really cheap and you do get what you paid for but I didn't even get 1 piece of paper that didn't discolour....shocking...weather this is a fault... I don't know.... but ive had to bin the whole lot.... :-(
