Lo mas recomendable es usarlo por 7 dias seguidos. Y luego 2-3 veces por semana

We recommend using it for 7 days straight. And then use 2-3 weekly. It's a Leave In so no need to rinse off. If it feels like gel use less liquid also we recommend to dry with a blowdryer.
