what size is the wipe itself. I used to get Adapt and they changed the size they were 4 1/2 x 2 3/4. Perfect size for my stoma. Thanks

These are small wipes about the size of and similar to an alcohol wipe. They are meant to help prepare the skin for better bandage adhesion. They are not a dressing in itself. Had to do many bandage changes on my husband before he passed and I loved these wipes. They really help a bandage or protective bandages such as Tegaderm adhere to the skin. I always have them on hand. Helps with bandaid adhesion too. Hope this helps.

According to the package, the ingredients are: Isopropyl Alcohol, Butyl Ester of PVM/MA Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate

I am wanting to order the larger qty (1000) but we are worried if these will dry out too fast overtime before all being used. This is for a PT office.

I order 2-4 boxes at a time with no problem. I use 2 every 2-4 days. Occasionally I have to use them more frequently. This brand I find to be better than any other I have used.

Will this help stop itching and redness from my medical tape on dressings?

I don’t know about the itching but it should keep your skin from getting irritated by the dressing, I use it even when I use pain patches, helps keep them on even though they need a little tape around the edges. and maybe look into a different kind of dressing, that could be your main cause of irritation.
