Support was great
Originally the wrong model was sent to us. After notifying them of the issue, they sent me the correct model. without hesitation. The tester work very well for our purpose and seems very well designed and produced.

To weight or not wait....
After receiving the incorrect model twice I contacted the manufacturer, who responded immediately and sent the correct item. It works great and has been verified as accurate with Analytical scales. I will admit it was frustrating to have the wrong equipment in the correct box twice, but overall service made the rating all *******’s

It works well for me. I wish the dial scale reading could be more friendly to seniors. It only comes with 0/2/4/6... It will be much easier for me if it is 0/1/2/3/4/5/6....
