The Tramontina Signature Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel 3-Quart Braiser is a very well-made piece of cookware. The quality is excellent. The stainless steel is beautifully polished and feels solid and durable. The finish is so shiny that my cat actually likes looking at his reflection in the lid, which always makes me smile. The tri-ply bottom distributes heat evenly and works perfectly on all cooktops, including induction. It heats well and feels reliable for everyday cooking. The size is ideal for one or two people. For larger families it may feel small, but for smaller meals it is very convenient and easy to handle. I actually bought mine in “Used – Acceptable” condition and was pleasantly surprised. There was only a small scratch (about 5 cm) on the outside bottom, which does not affect cooking or performance at all. Because of that, I saved about 60% of the price, which made the purchase even better. A beautiful, solid braiser that performs very well and is perfect for small households.

Last month I bought this pot and another pack with three more from Tramontina, and they are exactly what I was looking for. They offer good quality, 18/10 stainless steel + 3 ply, for a good price. I am very happy.

this is a very nice pot. the tri-ply is pretty standard on any decent pot/pan so the heating is good without getting a really pronounced hot spot on the bottom. the heft is really nice and has a really good feel to it. the handle is hollow and doesnt get as hot as a solid handle does and the handle is riveted on, like on higher end cook wear. this is my goto pot for everything that will fit in it. great for reheating left overs since microwave use is now being deemed as a risk. i use a lot of other more expensive cook wear...dont think i can name names on a review without it getting rejected, so ill just say that the quality of this pot is on par with any more expensive brand. the durability is great and the 2 quart size is perfect. i have been using a 1.5 qt pot and it is a bit small and the 3 qt is too big...this pot definitely hits the goldilocks zone. (if your not a gen x, that means that this pot is "just right" in its form and function would highly recommend
