Legend the Snowy Owl

4 & 3/4 stars here! My daughter loves stuffed animals, owls and Harry Potter, so of course she wanted a Hedwig of her own. After searching through MANY stuffed snowy owl options, this one was the cutest and most realistic (even among a couple Harry Potter branded ones). Really cute face with soft fur, I like the detail of the black faux leather for her beak, and the shaggy feathery appearance of her wings. Well made and not under stuffed. The ONLY reason this doesn’t get a full 5 stars is the size, it’s about 8.5” tall, and I just wish it was a bit bigger, the size of a real adult snowy owl. But I’m sure my daughter will love it and it’s and adorable stuffie.

I was concerned when I read the August 5, 2019 one-star review, posted just last month, by A. Holzhauer. The buyer said the owl was only about 7 inches, and included a photo next to a measuring tape. However, the seller clearly pictures the owl next to a dimension line indicating a full 10" in height. Since Amazon is so good about returns if needed, I decided to order this owl anyway, since it looked nicer and more well-made than the other similar owls for sale. It is beautiful! Maybe the seller messed up on A. Holzhauer's order, but this owl is large, fluffy, well-crafted, and it even stands without tipping. It will be a perfect "study buddy" on our son's school desk when he wears his Harry Potter costume to school on Halloween! Definitely an excellent likeness of Hedwig.

We bought this snowy owl as a gift for my eight year old daughter (who is an avid Harry Potter fan). She immediately recognized the owl as "Hedwig" and has been sleeping with the owl for the past two weeks. The owl is beautifully crafted and appears to be high-quality, super soft, and well-detailed. I'm extremely pleased with this stuffed animal.

Our young toddler loves owls and was so excited when this arrived. It's very soft and realistic looking. The tail is weighted so it stands upright very well. Appears to be quality made (seams well sewn, eyes solid/ not loose).

I have an all white ornament tree, full of Swarovski ornaments. I wanted something for under this tree and couldn't be happier with these owls, so much so that I have 2 big ones and 3 little ones. Fluffy and beautifully detailed!

This was a Christmas gift for my son who wanted a “Hedwig” owl. This was the best option I found online and I was very pleased w it. Great quality, looks just “as pictured”, and probably one of the best (plush) resemblances to the Harry Potter owl that you’ll find. Would def recommend.

Very soft and "life like" for a stuffed toy. The detailing is great, and any owl lover (or Harry Potter fan) would love to have one of these. And, it stands up on its own too!

This owl is a sweet, soft, cuddly little plush toy. It looks just like a real snowy owl. The only thing that could have made it better, was if the head could turn. I really like the way it stands up on its own too. It would make a great gift for a child who loves owls & for the money, it’s a great buy. Arrived on time, & well packaged. Highly recommend.

Came a bit out of shape, nose not very Straight can't do anything about that. But very very soft and fluffy. Wish it was a bit bigger.

We originally purchased a Hedwing stuffy directly from Platform 9 3/4, but we were disappointed when it arrived and the wings were sewn down to the body. My daughter loves going on imaginative adventures, which include an owl being able to fly, so having independent wings was important to her. This snowy owl fit the bill perfectly!

The owl is very cute and soft. A nice gift for a child. I was expecting it to be a lot bigger for the price. I am not giving it to my granddaughter. I will hold onto it for another gift giving time.
