Product works well. I had medicine based itch rash fast spreading. It stopped on one application. Atleast itch.

I ordered this product for my grandmother who was suffering from Xerotic dermatitis ,which is an eczema due to severe skin dryness, she was having severe itching and her skin was broken due to constant scratching, I being a dermatologist advised her to use a steroid isnt feasible due to its side effects , and I advised her to use Cetaphil Restoraderm cream. and ordered one for her from Amazon, she liked it a lot and has been using it on daily basis , now her eczema is healed well and her skin is well moisturized . The advantage with this product is that in addition to moisturizing the skin it also reduces itching which helps one to taper steroid cream as early as possible
