Exactly what I needed to affix photos to blank greeting cards (I make my own cards), but also finding other uses. MUCH easier to use than any double-sided tape I've tried and the applicator keeps my fingers from getting sticky and is comfortable for my small hands but not too small for "man hands" :-). It truly is possible (and easy) to apply in a straight or curved line. You *cannot* reposition the piece you're gluing once you stick it on (at least this goes for working with paper); it really sticks on contact. I don't know how it would be for gluing other things, e.g., plastic buttons or other crafty materials -- it seems pretty strong, but I haven't really experimented with it. They claim it's acid free, hence OK for photos, though I can't scientifically confirm that. I would love it if the dispensers could be refilled, but you can't have everything! Very happy overall.

Love this adhesive. Other brands used that said they are permanent really weren’t. So it’s nice that this is permanent. Use mainly for scrapbooking and making crafts and cards. Update: 3 of the 4 rolls are having issues with the tape rolling back around the rollers inside. Are unusable at this point. I’d have this issue every so often, but it seems to be more so with the last few purchases of the 4 packs. Nov 2019 update: just ordered again and the adhesive now is different than before and doesn’t lay down a full line of adhesive. It’s very splotchy. Most of the time I have to go over the same spot once or twice. Used to love this product; not so much now.

These are the runners that Violet Craft recommends for paper piecing, and they work great! Sticks well and then comes off easily with no residue on the fabric. You can also reposition and it will still stick. These were perfect for a paper pieced quilt I made that had very large pieces.

Love this tape but it has gone up in price so much I can't afford to keep buying it.

Yes but ... I find this to be a useful product and had given it 5 stars .. and now take back 2 stars: the first role use was fine. Then I tried the second one and it didn't work - it was broken and had to be thrown away. So that means 1/4 of the order (so far) was wasted. Doesn't Amazon owe me a refund or something or do I need to wait to try the remaining 2 .. which I could do I guess before I need to but hate to.

Great product, when you compare with others brands, very sticky! Very little amount of tape when you are using it for professional projects. A lot of mechanism and plastic for the little amount of tape( of course the mechanism is necessary). Lots of plastic go to garbage ( recycle)! Fantastic if would come with double the amount of tape!

I loved this product... I mean, I relied on it and it makes life so much easier! I used it to adhere Jamberry nail wrap samples to my business card, and it was so much nicer to use instead of trying to use glue dots or roll up a tiny piece of tape. It gives a clean, professional look. So I have no problem with the tape portion of this product. However, the casing falls apart too easily in my opinion. And it's not that easy to put back together! Once all the gears and paper rolls have slipped out, it's a nightmare trying to figure out how it goes back in. This happened to me TWICE already. I have one, good working one left. (I gifted one to a fellow consultant, and she loved it! I only hope hers doesn't fall apart like mine did!) I kept the ones that opened up, because when I run out of the 'good' one, I'm going to need more. But I didn't have the patience to deal with putting them back together and figuring out how it is supposed to work. :(

This is one of the few crafting materials that I buy on a regular basis. It used to consist of tiny dots which I found much easier to use. Now it's a trail of little rectangles which can sometimes go off the edge of whatever I'm adhering. Not quite as easy to go around curves. If I run off the edge of my paper, I simply fold the two-sided adhesive tape pieces back under. It's just easier to grab one of these for quick gluing than regular double-sided tape, glue, paste or Xyron sticker maker. Not messy and reasonably priced.

Product works excellent. I like that the strip is segmented so it breaks off without any waste. Only thing I did not pay attention to was the width. It is 1/4 inch and I really would have preferred a narrower strip of 1/8".

Tape does not seem to gar very far for the money, will look for another alternative

It is convenient to use and the quality is good but I find them expensive. (as I use a lot, a lot for my scrapbooking) The packaging looked like they do make refills which I guess it will be more economical and environmentally friendly. Wished I could buy the refills in future from Amazon.

This is a great adhesive. I only wish it lasted longer.
