Marshmellow Smoothing Primer, Vegan Face Primer, 10-In-1 Skin Benefits

When I first purchased this primer I didn’t think much of it. I purchased it after seeing some videos on YouTube about it. I wasn’t sure if it was gimmicky or not. There is mixed reviews from some of the beauty gurus. One of my favorite YouTube beauty gurus loved it so I decided to give it a try. After a few uses I realized my makeup looked much better and stayed on longer. I love this with both powder foundation and liquid foundation. My pores and fine lines looked better when using this primer. I’ve tried a ton of primers both high end and drugstore. I like this one because it’s multitasking. It makes your face feel really soft and blurred pores without drying my skin out. I have combo skin so it can be hard to find a primer that doesn’t make my skin greasy but also doesn’t dry out my skin. The hydrating primers make my skin oily and the matte primers don’t give that nice plump healthy look to the skin. This one is a winner because it’s a good I’m between. I will be using it all summer and most likely year round. In the hottest months I will set my t zone with setting powder so I don’t get oily. Bonus- I love the very light sweet scent and also the texture! If your skin is super oily there may be better primers out there for you, otherwise if you have combo, normal, dry, etc. I would give it a try! If you get oily in places like me then a little setting powder over foundation with this works like a charm. It really holds makeup on well so the powder doesn’t slide off!

I really like this primer. It does a great job at blurring and filling pores. Some might dislike the slight sugary vanilla like scent (obviously they were going for marshmallow). Personally I really enjoy that part. The scent is pretty mild, but if you're super sensitive to fragrance maybe skip on this. The only con I have with this is that it's really pretty tacky feeling. I would expect that from a primer BEFORE you apply foundation, but it was still pretty tacky after (and I have worn that foundation without primer so I know it's not tacky on its own). I fixed it with setting powder, but honestly I dislike having to set with powder because it invariably makes my lines look worse. Which is why I use the primer to start with. So it feels a bit counterproductive. That said, I'm quite picky about the textures of things. Even the slightest greasiness or stickiness drives me batty. Most people might not be bothered by the slight tackiness of this. It's a really good product that does what it says. I also have sensitive skin and this didn't cause any rashes or burning. So I think it deserves 4 stars. I'd give it 4 1/2 if possible.

Love love love. Smells great like a marshmallow kinda or cake. Makes skin moisturized and feels fluffy like it’s hydrating. 10/10 would recommend

I was in the market for a new face primer to use under the rest of my makeup, and saw that this had great reviews so I decided to take the plunge! Unfortunately, I don't think this product is quite as good of a fit for me, my skin type, and the makeup that I use as I originally thought--although, it still has some perks along with what I interpreted as downsides. This product probably works better for those with dry skin, because it feels VERY moisturizing when applied. I use a moisturizer/serum/SPF before, and if I wait for those to dry, I don't notice any pilling at all. I tend to lean more towards silicone-based primers, and I will say that this does blur imperfections just as well when applied. It also smells great, but fragrance can be irritating for sensitive skin (I haven't had this problem, though!) I do have more combination/oily skin, though--so a lot of the makeup that I use for my face is intended to cater towards those problems. I noticed that when I apply foundation and concealer over this using a beauty blender, sometimes the products do not mesh well with it, and it creates a patch of separation where my bare skin pokes through. I can potentially see it jiving beter with less-matte and more hydration-based makeup, though. While I can feel the product on my skin long after application, and it continues to provide moisture, this can make my makeup more "slippery" throughout the day since my skin does produce more oils with longer wear. It makes me a bit scared that I'll scratch my face and have a streak where I rubbed the makeup off, haha. Thus, I think I will stick to primers with more longevity towards controlling oil or that have a bit more "stickiness" as opposed to moisturizing properties.

Really like this primer. It comes out pink however, it does not leave a pink cast on your face. It has a nice smooth texture, spreads well over face, and settles quickly so you do not have to wait too long before putting on foundation. It does have a smell to it but I find it pleasant.

Best thing about this primer is that it’s very moisturizing for the winter even as a silicone based primer. One pump went a long way in the back of my hand when testing it out, and it smells like an actual marshmallow. This is the best primer for dry skin highly recommend during winter.

Love this, spreads nicely no smell to it but it give a great base for your foundation
