The case looks great on the phone and it provides good protection for the majority of the phone. I just wish it covered the spine. The case is lightweight and easy to remove and the case material feels good to touch. I'm not sure how well it will hold up when dropped but I have high hopes it will keep my phone safe.

Cover slides off b to easy wont stay clipped on phone fell and cover slipped off cracking one side .No guarantees it will stay on i dropped it once and cover flew off. To bad I really liked it will probably go with skins and bumper guards provided by MS.They seem to be. Batter options. Also cant flip function either cover slip out if you even. Bend it A bit cover slides off. Do not buy

Purchased case to protect my Surface Duo (not Duo 2). For that it seems to work well. It snaps on and stays in place. It's thin and lightweight but covers the delicate edges of my Duo. I did have to trim the opening for the fingerprint reader as it wouldn't scan properly with the cover on. That was an easy enough fix. The main issue I have with the case is that you can not open the Surface Duo fully to use the device as a phone. This is a major issue if this is going to be your primary phone. If you plan on using the Duo as a tablet only, then I'd recommend this case. If you are going to use it as a phone, you should look elsewhere for a case.

Not allowing the Surface Duo to fold is a big disadvantage for this case

The Surface Duo is a ground-breaking design that comes at the expense of fragility -- its plastic casing scratches and breaks easily. If you treasure it as I do, the choice is to pack it up and treat it as a museum piece, or protect it as best you can. I recently decided to use it before it became hopelessly out-of-date, so I invested in the case. It's got the drawbacks pointed out in other reviews, but it is better than nothing. I'm glad to have it, and its flaws are worth woking aound unless you're a pure collector.

easy to install or take out

Horrible case. Please don't waste your time and money on this item. It is poorly made from poor quality materials. With this case on, the phone will barley fold backwards. One screen mode is not an option.

Doesn't allow you to fold the phone backwards. If you need to the case easily slides off.

This case almost completely makes the phone unseable. Very uncomfortable, the fingerprint scanner is almost unusable and the phone can not be opened fully while the case is on. Attempting to open the phone fully results in the case sliding off.
