Does this extract compare favorably with ksm-66 or sensoril?

Sensoril uses extracts from both the leaf and roots of the ashwagandha herb, KSM-66 is only the root extract so is higher concentration full spectrum.I found the Ashwagandha Extract 500 mg which is an adaptogen (gives the body what is needs) to be very efficient. I accidentally took an extra pill and found that it felt like I had one too many drinks...coordination was off and I was woozy. So this strength in one pill does fine.

How big are the capsules?

They're medium sized. Not so large that they're hard to swallow

what amount of active ingredient (root extract) - 'withanolides' does this product contain?

The label information is not listed in percentages. However the only other ingredients are vegetable cellulose (capsule), silica, vegetable magnesium stearate. I believe they are a very small percentage of the total considering ingredients are generally listed in order of quantity.
