These are great to find your favourite flavour. I ended up buying lemon multiple times after. But down to personal taste!

Carbohydrates and electrolytes in one chew
They are pleasant to taste and have texture similar to Turkish Delight, providing carbohydrates and electrolytes which are essential for sports.

Treat smack
These smacks are grateful running to keep you hydrated, but they’re also really great for just a little pick me up through the day if you get hungry I recommend the flavour on the photo 👌🏻

No nasties
No nasties and they work. Also, because they have a dusting of powdered sugar (?) they don’t get too sticky. They are unite big - I might cut them in half for my race so I can eat them in smaller chunks

Delicious, easy to digest, can get gooey
Very tasty, not too sweet, easy to chew but if they get wet or too hot or covered in sweat they get a bit gooey and sticky.
