I started using this product when I was introduced at a salon. It was expensive but I was very satisfied. Purchased a few times on amazon and it did not work. Doesn’t matter how much it cost if it doesn’t work you’ve wasted money. You can not get any type of guarantee on these products unless you buy them directly from a vendor who represents the manufacturer. But it is a great product
