7mm is to long for my nose, do they come any shorter?

Sorry, the length of this stainless steel nose studs ring is only 7mm.

They are tiny stainless steel nose studs with a fake diamond glued on the end.

Does it have a screw at the end of it?

No There is a small ball at the end. No screw. You just push it in.

How do you put them in?

You just place it in the piercing and that's it. There's no backing, so it can fall out if it's brushed against, but I use this for nose and ear piercings.
