Bought the first one for my office back in 2016. Still using the original in 2020! bought 2 more for co workers and very happy with the product and performance. Best part is I can take the headset across the street to pick up sushi, coffee and even reaches almost a half a block down the street from my office and still in range to pick up calls.

I use this for work every day and it’s a great little headset. Charges well and I have gotten years out of one set. There are multiple earpieces sizes included so you can adjust. Shipping was prompt and arrived in good condition.

Great product. Easy to set up and operate. My only complaint is that it did not include the hook switch cable for VOIP phones so you have to take the phone off the hook to use the head set. Luckily I had an extra cord from a previous device. I would recommend getting the cable as an add on so you can answer the phone straight from the headset

i work as a sales manager so i am constantly on the phones. this is a great product. i have since recod to three of my colleagues all of whom love the product as well.there is a bit of feedback sometimes but very easy to get used to. for the pros it creates, the small cons are vastly outweighed.
