This product is worth buying if you cannot breathe through your nose. It’s a miracle product in my opinion! It works immediately and cleared my nose for about 8 hours. Even though the product says to use every 10 to 12 hours I used it every 8 hours and I was fine. Buy this you won’t regret it!!

This Shtuff is AMAZING. First nasal spray I have ever used that actually works, and works fast! It doesn't even matter if you are 100% clogged up; you still squirt it up in there, and within 10-15 minutes, things start to open up. I think once, in a worst case, I did two sprays up on the side, which was totally clogged, and had to do 1 more spray about 15 minutes later to clear everything up. But this stuff really works and works fast, and works for a good part of the day.

As there is no means to indicate a negative number, consider this a negative five rating. My wife suffering from ragweed allergy bought two of these and could not open them. Directed to squeeze the bottom part then squeeze and turn from the top. I'm a former football player, and my hands are very strong. For the life of me, I could not open this thing no matter how I attempted. I finally had to get a pair of pliers to pull of the top and the lid. I then had to use heavy duty nail clippers to snip all the outer plastic on the bottom part. Then I used a knife to cut this away. After practically destroying the thing, I finally put it back together and then the sprayer would not spray when pushed down. In all this process, it leaked all over the place. Bottom Line: It matters not how good this stuff may be, getting it open and then using it is impossible. I am so furious I want to use a litany of superlatives (curse words) to discribe this nightmare, but I will use a military term, this is a total Charlie Foxtrot. Be Warned: DO NOT BUY THIS!

This is a life saver! It works so fast and doesn't burn my nose. It keeps my nose cool and relieves the congestions almost instantly. The only caveat is that we should really stop using it after a couple of days of use as it does result in rebound congestion. I was really tempted to keep using it for my congestion, but finally ended up using it more than recommended. Use regular saline spray for everyday use and this one only for the recommended dosage/period.

I couldn't decide to give this one or five stars. It works great, and I hate to stop purchasing it, but I can't get the lid off tonight, so I will have a stuffy nose tonight. Usually, I can use pliers to remove the lid, but this one is especially stubborn. It is the best I have found and usually enables me to sleep great all night. Tomorrow I may try to punch a hole in the bottle and pour the medication into a saline bottle. Why don't they change lids????

In the photo, the container on the left is the packaging I used before, and the one on the right is the new version. However, the new container is very difficult to open. I purchased it over a month ago, and I still haven’t been able to open it. I request that the manufacturer resolve this issue as soon as possible.

These Mucinex nasal drops are the best thing I’ve found for my congestion. From the first time I used them, I felt relief almost immediately and was finally able to breathe much better. I love how fast it works and the cool, refreshing feeling it leaves that really helps clear my nose. Whenever I’m very congested from a cold or allergies, this spray helps open my nasal passages and makes me feel much more comfortable during the day and at night. It has definitely become a must-have in my home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast and effective relief from nasal congestion.
