Absolutely love this garbage can. I had bought a cheaper one and it started falling apart. This was worth the money.

Watched this item for a while for the price to drop to get one . It has worked well so far. The odd number and size batteries is it only downfall

We love this no touch garbage can. Such an easy accessory for our kitchen. Nice fit. Looks nice in our kitchen space and very durable. Haven’t noticed any high noise level when opening and closing. It has a rim for the bag to fit securely in the can so you can’t see it. Easy removal of the bag it’s not too snug.

This was great until it stopped working! I have had it for 3 yrs and the lid stopped opening a yr ago and before that the lid would open half way for about 6 mos prior to that....I thought maybe it was the batteries I bought and kept replacing them....but the lid still refuses to open! That's the whole reason why I sp2nt the money on this🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ i guess that's what I get for choosing a product for less money...you get what you pay for! Not a good brand to purchase....I never write bad reviews either and as you can tell I'm very disappointed in this purchase😣

I love love this waste can. It is the perfect size for the small space, I think that was due to its sleek design. It literally holds a lot of garbage because it utilizes more of the bag than my old waste can. It looks great and is extremely durable. The hands free makes it the best waste can ever. I definitely recommend this item.

Having 3 dogs this a great way to keep them out. One has learned how to open it but we can shut it off when we are not around. Everyone thinks it is so fancy. Perfect when your hands are full. The lid has started to not open all the way but still works.

This is my second one of these as the first top piece lasted about five years. It works great but the sensor is sensitive and the top opens often by just walking past it. And considering it's situated near the laundry room and exit to the garage, there's a lot of traffic there. As often as we use it, I'm good with getting five years of use. Wish they sold the top piece separately as the waste can itself would last forever.

This is our second ninestar trash can. We had this exact one but silver and after about 2 years it stopped working. Decided to try the black. It's definitely more of a satin black finish, not flat. It's also larger than our last one. it's the 13 gallon but it's a lot taller than the previous 13 gallon. I'm 4'11 and it's above my hip. Hope this one lasts us another 2 years or more! We definitely recommend!

We’ve changed the battery and tried everything, unfortunately it’s 6 days past the return window and the bin won’t open with the sensor.

Indeed this was a great buy! Everyone must have one in their home! BUT the lid broke very quickly....it just doesn't close all the way now.
