This is a great high quality knife. Holds its edge very well and has a great edge profile for just about any kitchen job. Note that it is longer than a standard steak knife so you will not be using it like a paring knife. This is my go to knife in my kitchen unless I need another type of knife specifically.

Knife is lightweight and has a comfortable grip. It is a good knife but not a great knife that is up to the standard of what is expected of the HENCKELS brand. The edge is sharp but doesn’t seem to flow through the cutting process as higher quality knives. I am hopeful this knife will continue to be one of our go to knives. The price of the knife is very fair and for the money, you will not be disappointed. I recommend this knife.

Versatile, comfortable grip, stays sharp, easy to use. At this price, don't expect a balanced knife, but works just fine for everyday chores.

Razor sharp and a great value. Very easy to cut veggies or fingers. Routine passes thru a sharpening machine brings the razor sharpness right back.

Great knife, quality steel, well design and wll last you a life time. I started buying Henckels 40 years ago. I have all of their knives. I am buying for my daughter, start a collection for her.

holds an edge fairly well...use it for most daily cutting tasks...blade could be a little wider to keep my hand from banging the cutting board on each cut
