Really impressed with these ice packs. They are cool enough for me without even putting them in the fridge but it's good that I have the option to do so. They are are great size and perfectly shaped for legs. They are very comfortable to use, the gel is really nice and cushiony without being bulky. The fabric can be easily wiped clean if need be. They are sturdy and strong while also being malliable. I bought them to help ease my restless leg syndrome, which is exacerbated by heat and the summer. I love that they bring the added bonus of keeping my legs cool while in use. I also suffer with fibromyalgia so they will come in handy for aches pains and swelling too. I would definitely buy from this brand again and am considering purchasing further ice packs for different parts of the body from them. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great for what I needed after Knee surgery, putting it under or on top of my leg helped immensely. I put mine inside a standard size pillow case to avoid direct skin contact

Best ice pack o have ever owned. It stays ice cold for ages even after defrost. Large size is a plus.

I assumed this was a sleeve, it just is one large gel pad and doesn't go on like a sleeve which I assumed. It gets very cold so is effective. But it claims to be huggable and isn't helping me for knee rep and thigh swelling unless I use it underneath. So not awful but always read descriptions. Quality ok, shop was good tho can't fault deliver or shop

It didn't stay on the leg as there was no strap to wrap around so kept falling off.

This product is so good and so easy to use. I had spent a few hours wrapping wheat bags around one bit at a time as they constantly moved, to reduce swelling in my leg after knee replacement surgery. Frustrated I ordered this product, it arrived the next morning and within 3 hours in the fridge cooling, I simply laid it out along my leg and ankle and raised my leg whilst I worked at my laptop; heaven. Only kept it on 20 minutes at a time as advised. It folds naturally and stores easily on a shelf in the fridge. I've used it several times and if you stick to the times stated it is absolutely perfect. I use it 20 minutes before going to bed too. Bank on!

As an avid runner I am often looking for the next best thing to aid my recovery. We're all aware of the protocols of resting, hydrating and recovery. I've used other smaller ice packs to help with the aches/pains to my legs over the years but have never been able to direct it to all areas at the same time. Until now. The design of this allows my hamstrings and upper half of my calves to recover using the ice pack, it's shape allows easy use of the product without readjusting. Typically I'll re-freeze the product once used which takes 2 hours before taking it out and using it again for my quads. For the price point of the product, it's a really unique design which is perfect for allowing your legs to recover, it would also be a great shape to lay on to ice your back as well due to it's tapered design.
