After taking for only 3 days (3 caps), i've noticed a significant difference in my well being and energy levels. Yesterday I couldn't sit still out of sheer enthusiasm. I have used this product for years. Whether or not I can thank it for my continued good health at 83 is debatable but I wouldn't stop taking it!

I have nearly took the whole pot of these now and I struggle to feel any benefits within myself from it. I suppose taking a mushroom complex is good in some way depending how high the dosage is, but there is no change for me personally with these ones, unfortunately.
