Time to face reality. I have dry, sensitive skin. But with the big 5-0 rapidly approaching, I also have 'mature' skin as well. (I can't believe how quickly time flies!) The first time I tried the cream, I went to bed 45 minutes after applying it. It still hadn't entirely absorbed at that point though I didn't know it because the cream didn't weigh heavily or leave a greasy feeling. I only realized it hadn't fully absorbed when I touched my cheek and felt it. By morning, it had fully absorbed. This is definitely a cream to use before bed. And its a good nighttime cream! Its packed with vitamins, nourishing oils and a particular ingredient I happen to love...hyaluronic acid. It moisturizes and softens even the driest skin. Brings relief to the patches of eczema I sometimes experience. I've not yet noticed a change in elasticity but I've not used the cream very long. There is a mild scent. I'm not a huge fan of it but it fades quickly so scent isn't an issue for me. I recommend this cream for those with mature, sensitive skin. I urge you to not let the fact that absorption isn't quick deter you from trying it. Not sure if the absorption timeframe is because it absorbs deeply into the skin and takes some time to get in down deep, but it WILL absorb fully.
