I do not typically write reviews for products. However, this product exceeded my expectations for the price I paid, less than 20 bucks! I will share what I liked about the product. Moreover, also how I think it could be better. So I bought this ab roller to work on my core while at home and workplace. The product arrived as accurately described with the extra knee pad and the two free ebooks (they emailed me the e-books). I have been using it for a few days, and it is destroying my core lol. Anyway, the below are the pros and cons about this ab roller PROS - Very sturdy and high-quality ab roller. You can tell that it is made from very high-quality material. - the grips were very thick (see pictures) compared to the rod inside the roller, and I did not feel any pain in my hands after using it for 20+ reps - Love the fact that it came with the free knee pad! I have hard flooring at home, so the knee pad is a life saver for my knees! Also, the back of the knee pad has a sort of textured patterns to help with the grip - The two bonus ebooks are a very nice touch. One is on what to eat to get abs and the other on other workouts for abs. They are pretty long so I will need more time to go through both before I can rate how good they are CONS - The e-books were sent to me by email, and it went straight into my spam inbox. Had to dig around to find them - This is just a personal preference, but I would have preferred to have a color option aside from a black ab wheel. However, I guess it is not a big deal for some people I would say though if you are a beginner - I would ease into the motion of rolling forward because it can be a little bit challenging. My girlfriend has never used an ab roller before, and she wobbled a little with her first try. But after about ten mins or so, she was able to stabilize herself when rolling it forward completely. So I think for a beginner, once you get the motion of rolling forward while being able to stabilize the ab roller… then you will hit your core pretty hard with this ab roller. Even for an intermediate and advanced user, this ab roller will give your six pack a good workout. This is not the first time I have bought a product from this company. So I have come to expect their high quality of customer services. Moreover, the fact you get a knee pad and two free e-books on nutrition and abs workout - this product is an absolute steal!!

Very good Hugh quality products. To assemble, just insert the metal bar, put grip on, then red cap. Super easy. The wheel has a kind of rubber like gripping on it, so it won’t skid on the floor. Used it on tile, wood, and rug, and doesn’t slip on any of them. Very great compared to cheaper models that would do so. The hand grips are extremely comfortable and have some grooves so it’s easy to get a good grip on the sides. Also, I didn’t realize that it comes with a mat for your knees. The mat is super padded and helps SO much if you aren’t using it on a rug or yoga mat. Great value and this mat was an added bonus I didn’t realize it was included. Works very well, and you can really feel the abs worked after using it. If you have minimal workout equipment, like just weights, it’s a must have very easy to store, and even if you have a whole home gym, there is no other equipment like this it is still a must have. Totally recommend, but tip, if you are a beginner, kneel and don’t push it out as far in front of you. You can build up strength from there.

It was very simple to assemble, except that I found it difficult to slide the foam handle onto the metal bar. A drop of water-based lubricant (you know what I mean) on the bar made this a whole lot easier. I liked that it came with a knee pad, except that the pad came out of the plastic packaging with dirty stains on the bottom, like it had been used before. Kinda gross. The roller works nicely, I'm way out of shape so after a while in the "beginner" position I'm feeling it. It's easy to use. I really needed to work on my abs to help my balance for horseback riding after an injury and being unable to ride, but I also have some back issues that make sit ups painful. This seems to work my abdominal muscles without hurting my back.

Don’t think just buy! This is a great must-have for you to do some ab workouts at home or wherever. It comes in two pieces. You literally just slide the one handle on and it’s assembled and ready to use! For less then $20 it’s a great ab workout AND comes with a nice little foam pad for you to put your knees on when using the ab roller so your knees don’t get sore. You also could use this foam pad for other workouts too which is a great bonus. You’ll also get two ab workout guides via email which are great for ab workout ideas/how to get better abs. So the bonuses are great add-ons to an already affordable and great ab roller. Easy assembly and all arrived in a little nice box which looked sleek. Overall, it’s super easy to assemble. It’s sturdy. I wasn’t worried at all while using it that it might break or anything. The handles are nice and foamy so they won’t hurt your hands while using. Highly recommend for people looking for a good ab workout. One use and you immediately feel the burn and your core muscles hard at work! Go try and buy!

Quite simply the best ab roller on the market. I've used various ones in the past. At the gym, at friends', at work. Nothing is as smooth, quiet or as stable as this. The rubber tread is perfect. It's grippy and quiet. Most rollers have hard rubber or plastic tread. All are noisy when used on anything but carpet. This can be used on any surface for a smooth and grippy motion. The ebooks are comprehensive and detailed. They have a lot of information in from a real beginner to more advanced needs. The company follow up your purchase with correspondence to ensure you're satisfied. Which I am. But it's a nice touch. Don't buy anything else.
