Very low calorie seeetener
Low calorie, tasteful, works well on waffles and pancakes. Adequately sweet for all foods particularly for breakfast. A welcome product.

Smooth creamy sorbet... Finally!!
After much searching, found clues about corn syrup for making smooth sorbet without the ice crystals. It didn't take much added to the recipe, but the texture was a vast improvement.

Works great for crystal free invert sugar
Use in conjunction with cane sugar when making my stove top invert for brewing British style beers. Invert comes out and stays crystal free.
