Perfectly hot delicious without being bitter. I use this in many recipes and often as a substitute for black pepper.

Very flavorful, the spiciest of all red pepper flakes I’ve tried. Fabulous in pasta, on fish, in marinades, etc. Fast shipping during holiday season to boot! Very colorful and can be seen in an exceptionally thick cheese sauce. Very aesthetic!

Bugs living inside!
I’ve had this new bottle for 2 months and there are bugs growing in it!!! I’ve only kept it inside in my cupboard and only used it a handful of times. I see webs and at least 2 flying around and several dead ones further down. Absolutely disgusting!

Delicious spice and not too hot. Be aware it contains salt.
I love this pepper blend, it's absolutely delicious and can go on anything, even desserts. It's great in hot chocolate or brownies! I use it on eggs, salads, soups, stews, roasts, veggies, pizza, burgers, casseroles, pasta... nearly everything. It's spicy without being too hot and the flavor is amazing. It lasts awhile since you only need a little. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars for me is it's already salted. If you need to keep to a low sodium diet look elsewhere. It's pretty salty already. I wish I could find one without added salt. Otherwise it's perfect. Put it on everything. it's great even added to ketchup or other sauces like teriyaki. But again since those things are salty themselves be aware it can quickly turn to being far too oversalted. Because of this I find I can almost never add as much of it as I would like to. Super yum though. 9/10 would recommend.
