Got for a secret Santa gift and she loved it. Nordic ware is always high quality for a great price. Not too heavy and scratch resistant! Who could ask for more.

I always buy Nonstick cookware, so I was hesitant in purchasing this pan. I did because it seemed to have the other qualities I was looking for. Last night, I used it for the first time to make Parmesan Zucchini sticks in my oven using the Air-Fry setting. I didn’t use the silicone mat—just the raised grid rack and set the heat at 425 F degrees. The fries cooked evenly and perfectly. The pan sides remained straight and sturdy, and didn’t buckle with the high heat like my other pans did. I did turn the zucchini fries once, halfway through cooking, so excess cheese crumbs did fall through the rack, burn slightly and stick to the pan. But clean-up was surprisingly easy, even though this pan is not the non-stick version. Everything came off using a sponge and hot soapy water, with no stains on the pan. And I used no cooking oil, butter or grease in the recipe or pan. Now I can’t wait to cook with it again—even without the rack! I’ll see how it goes with more use, and update this review if needed.

I feel like such an adult now buying 2 sets of these for making cookies. I loved that the silicone mats are in my favorite color, the color I use for allll my kitchen stuff. However, I did not love the mats. First batch came out sad. So I tried making another batch and cooked 6 with the mat, 6 with parchment paper... parchment paper was the winner, hands down. Silicone mat cookies didn't spread out enough, even though I like my cookies puffy it was too much. The taste was kind of flour-y, didn't know a mat could make that much of a difference. The bottoms, I like just a little bit of crispness, but there wasn't any. I used to use cheap nonstick pans with parchment paper. I'm now using these pans with parchment paper, and it's really not much different. Except these are pretty and shiny and make me feel like a grown up. I like the racks, I didn't have racks at all before. They're worth getting. But I'd skip the mats, as cute as they are. They just don't make for good sickerdoodles.

This pan works great for my cookies! With the baking mat and cooling rack, it's a perfect set.

Soooo much better than my old ones which were warped, stained and nasty. These are much sturdier and seem to hold their shape a lot better. Still don't know what to do with the plastic mat, though.

I purchased this baking set about two years ago from a local store. It was identical to this set, with the exception of a different baking sheet. Because I liked it so much, I bought another one (this one) on Amazon. The pans are sturdy, as they do not wobble around when you lift it with one hand. They are easy to clean, and everything bakes evenly. The silicone pads are exceptional as well. I never bake cookies without the pads! When you use the pads, nothing ever sticks. I am extremely pleased that I have two sets of this exceptional product.

Disappointed with quality control as the tray arrived with a dent.

I love this set, I use it almost daily. It seems to be really good quality, but mine got dirty a little too fast. The kind of dirty that doesn't clean off. It's just an aesthetic issue, doesn't affect the quality.

Great sturdy quality overall, except the silicon feet melted at 400F (rated as oven safe up to 400F?) Otherwise easy to clean and wife’s go-to cookie tray.

Amazing. I cook lots of food on the rack in the oven to prevent sticking the baking sheet.
