This kit is amazing! Not only did it have all the assembly parts, but it also included two types of anchors and screws for wall mounting, AND a drill bit!!!! Who does that? This maker, that’s who! Very sturdy, well made, and definite 10/10! Sadly, I had to return it as the wall I planned on catifying is paneling without drywall behind! Who does that? My builder, apparently…… If you have a suitable wall, I highly recommend this set of steps! I wish my cat had been able to enjoy them, I am sure he would have gotten many happy years of use from them!

I just ordered and received 4 sets of cat steps from Fukumaru. I ordered 2 right-to-left units and 2 left-to-right units. The boxes came in and were labeled correctly, but upon open the boxes I found that I had 3 right-to-left and 1 left-to-right, which will not work for me. I'm guessing someone at the factory just put the parts in the wrong box and it got shipped like that. The quality and appearance are VERY nice and I'm looking forward to installing them for my furry kids. I reached out (email) to Fukumaru for a resolution, so hopefully I can post some good comments on their customer service in resolving the issue. More to come! UPDATE - After reviewing the instructions and the parts a second time, I realized I was the one that had one of the parts backwards. The construction is outstanding and the cats love them!!!!

Looks great. My wife said no to the living room, but we agreed on my oldest daughter's room as a compromise. I've installed one stairway and ordered and am in the middle of adding another as I write this review; the separate hammock will be next, once I figure out placement with wall studs and furniture. I'm rating installation at 3.5-4 stars for one design issue. There are two install options: on drywall (recommended to place one screw into a stud and the other into the drywall with a provided anchor) or on concrete; that's great, and Fukumaru includes all the hardware, down to the concrete expansion tubes, drywall anchors, hex wrench and drill bit. However, I can't fit my drill between the steps to screw and attach to the wall. I predrilled into the stud (which the instructions do not mention), but I still had a hard time with a handheld screwdriver: I stripped a screw and added about 10 minutes to the project. I found an old electric screwdriver, which added another 10 minutes to locate (yeah, that one's on me), and once it charges, I'll try it on the second stairway. Overall, I love the price and the look, and I'll work through the rest. No word on utility by the cat yet, but buying things one's cat will never use occasionally comes with the territory.

I bought these stairs to go along with some other shelves in order to create a "cat wall" for my kitties. The stairs were easy to assemble, and I really appreciate how the stairs are wrapped in twine to ensure the cats get a good grip. The only issue I had was with mounting the stairs the wall. The packaged screws were not strong enough to drill all the way into the wall studs, and then stripped out when I tried to remove them. I went to the hardware store and got different screws and was more successful. To be honest, I would not trust drywall anchors alone to support the stairs, and would only recommend purchasing if you know that at least one of the screws can be drilled into a wall stud. Once installed, I can report that my younger cat has been able to easily navigate the stairs (older cat has never had much interest with heights and so hasn't attempted it). Overall, I think it was a worthwhile addition.

It is very well. Made with a good quality material. Easy to install product instruction clear. Provides the tools to put it together include with the product. Very happy customer.

Great steps. Feel sturdy and look clean

Cute and the cats love it. But I had to put up extra supports on all the parts that stick out from the wall. As soon as they cats got on them they bent, so I just tied them up and now it works great.

This is my second left to right stairs purchase, and my 6th Fukumaru purchase overall. The stairs are very sturdy with solid hardware that lines up properly. I appreciate the two attachment points in the base that attached to the wall. We have plaster walls, so only 1 hole hits a stud, but the other is anchored. The cats run up and down these with zero issues and not on the turntable. We've had our first set of cat stairs for about a year with no issues or loosening hardware. The stairs have held up great! All of my Fukumaru purchases have been a solid 5*. I've got an additional 3 pieces coming later this week to further catify our living room.

I got this four step ladder, one that goes right to the left and one that goes left to the right. And also one piece of the floating shelf in the same series. I am very pleased with all three parts! The material is of high quality, solid wood. They are easy to assemble and even come with screws for mounting in the wall. My cats weigh about 5 kg each and now after around two years of using them they still sit firmly on the wall. It's great that there are so many different parts, as this creates endless opportunities for how you want to design your play wall for your cats. If I am to ever buy something similar again I would definitely consider this seller. Thank you!

I made the mistake of reading the dimensions wrong. These things are a lot smaller than I expected. They are very good quality and built with care. They are incorporated into a full wall of cat trees and platforms for our cats. And they are a great addition. My daughter's first word when she saw them was "Cute". And yes they are. I recommend when installing them to get at least one of the two screws into a stud. In my experience with similar things, most wall anchors for drywall do not hold a lot of weight. Butterfly clips are by far the best ones to use.
