Chinkiang Vinegar, 1 gallon

This dark vinegar has such a nice smooth Smoky flavor, perfect for vegetables, marinades, salad dressings and stir fries. I was definitely surprised how well the product was packaged. I was concerned that I would have vinegar all over the place. The product came in a timely manor and is a good quality. I will definitely be buying this product again.

If black vinegar could be described as beautiful, this would be it! The taste is bold, but not overwhelming. Just perfect straight out of the bottle to dip meat, veges, dumplings, whatever needs an extra zing. Enhances everything! Were hooked!

Fermented, aged and blended this vinegar has been pampered for years to get this unique flavor. Expensive. But there’s another one that’s even more expensive that’s aged longer! I got this for a for an Szechuan Eggplant recipe and it did the job wonderfully.

Really like the umami flavor to this vinegar. It can be a substitute for Worcestershire. I sneak it into several dishes.

Tastes great on salad or as a dipping sauce

I use it to season cucumbers, delicious! Highly recommended for the taste, and the size of the glass bottle. On the expensive side, though.
