My husband takes these and he stops getting sick. When he stops taking these, he catches cold easily. The quality is great and I think that it has a great value for money. It helped him with hairfall too!

I’ve been using Skin Nails and Hair vitamins for 2 weeks, and I already see a difference with my nails, they feel stronger and less prone to breaking. I also really appreciate that the bottle is made of glass; which is a big plus. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

Solar became my favorite brand because the supplements are in a glass container. I am trying to limite my exposure to plastic . After a few months my nails especially and hairs are stronger and my skin too , thanks to Solar Skin

You must eat a meal before taking them or the zinc will make you nauseous. Cut them in half because they are seriously huge. Drink lots of water throughout the day. So my hair has been growing a little over a 1/4 inch every three weeks. My nails are also a lot stronger and my skin texture has improved. I started taking one a day because I didn’t have a big appetite to eat and take 2 a day. For the last three weeks I been taking 2 a day and eating twice a day and my hair has definitely benefited especially my nails. I just wish they weren’t so big and drying. Yes you can cut in it in half but nothing helps with the dry pill almost choking me out. I will still order since it doesn’t have biotin.

I bought these a while ago, then never took them.. At some point I started realizing I was losing so much hair on a daily basis, for months. I have long hair down to the middle of my back, and I never use a brush I use my hand/fingers to brush my hair and undo any knots that I might have so I am very aware of the amount of hair that I lose. After showers, and throughout the day I was throwing away a lot of hair and my pony tail started to feel really small and I realized at that moment that I was shedding so much hair it became a major concern. That's when I remembered I had these pills in the cabinet and I started taking them. Within a week, the amount of hair that comes off after a shower and or throughout the day is 1/10th of what it used to be. Shedding hair is natural but it's a major difference before and after taking these vitamins. It will be years probably for my hair to become fully grown/thick again due to all the previous loss but at least now that can probably happen since I'm not losing a small animal daily lol. I am now leaving this review as I'm about to order another bottle. Take this review for whatever it's worth but I certainly do appreciate not losing as much hair as I was previously.

These vitamins are absolutely necessary to me. They do just what they say, I put them on my list of vitamins.

Only been on these tablets for a week, my nails are already stronger, that’s the reason I ordered as as you get older nails go brittle, I have been taken collagen for a year no difference with nails at all, reviews were good, so pleased I have tried already order another bottle. As I know it’s going to take a couple of months to work, but so impressed already. These are large you need a good drink of water to wash them down. No sickness, which nearly put me off from ordering, you have to eat first and a decent meal, had no side affects apart from my nails going stronger 😊. These will be going to be added to my vitamin I already take. Looking forward to a couple of months time and see how these work for my hair and skin. I would still buy for nails alone. Value for money I take 2 a day with food. Very happy customer. Recommend for nails will update in a couple of months.

Me estoy dejando crecer el cabello desde hace un año. Necesitaba un boost. Llevo dos meses tomándolas a diario y mi cabello creció mucho más rápido y mucho más bonito. Como dice otra chica en su reseña ¡hasta las cejas me crecieron! Las recomiendo 100%. Son de esos productos que sí ves resultados casi de inmediato. Muy muy buenas en mi experiencia. Las tomo con mi licuado de plátano, por lo que no me cuestan trabajo al tragar. Ni las noto al pasarlas. Excelentes.
