The product is just as described by the seller. I am drinking this kind of water after years.... we used to have these kind of pots when I was in India. Came in excellent packaging. Be sure to follow the sellers instructions to get best results.

The packaging was perfect and was undamaged both inside and out. However the pot itself leaks water, If I simply leave the water inside for a week, the water inside is reduced by 60 percent. The wall of this pot is extremely thin. I can understand the pot soaking in the water and drying out some of the water, But the issue with this one is that the water actually leaks out and collects in and begins to overflow in the platter that I have it set on. On a positive note the water itself feels good to drink and stays cool. I am looking for food grade sealer to use on the outside and rectify this issue.

I was happy with the pot that finally I will drink water from a clay pot that I crave. However 1: The pot should have been a little bigger 2: Supplied with a base to help collect the water as it leaks 3: They should consider a method to reduce the leaking. It’s too much. My mother had a big clay water pot and we never for one day cleaned after it. I understand clay pots leaks because they are porous. But there should be something our grandparents did to address that. This leaking is really killing my joy for the clay pot

It was shipped with excellent packaging, making sure the clay pot doesn’t break easily in the process. The clay seems to be of utmost quality, very organic and earthy, no trace of artificial chemicals or glaze. Love the product! I wish they had more variety of clay utensils for Indian house holds

Product was well packed and came to us in great shape. My wife loved it. She said that it had the taste that she was expecting. Highly recommend.

Very strong smell of gasoline. It did not go with multiple changes of water. I could smell it in the water removed from the pot after an hour. Smell is in the emptied pot also. The mud tumbler has the same problem by itself. I am going to air it out and give a wash once or twice a day, for up to a week. Hopefully it becomes usable then. Disappointed.

It's a nice 6 litre clay pot to store water and drink it coolly . It's a super cool water to drink and also it's a natural cool water we use it and drink it . It's best than fridge . Instead of fridge cool water clay pot cool natural water is the best and also best for health . Recieved the product 1 day before the given date . Loved the product very very much more than that very much .

This is really bad product lots of Chemical in this project very bad for health, was a broken when it’s arrived, really bad company to use, also they don’t give you money back all the water Leaked and product had soap texture coming out of the product I don’t recommend this product is really bad Chemical base product
